- Respond to requests for feedback or approvals within a reasonable time

4. Payment Terms
- Pricing for our packages and services is listed in USD unless otherwise agreed.
- Payment terms (advance payment, monthly billing, milestone-based payment) will be specified in the service agreement or invoice for each client.
- Late payments may result in a pause of ongoing services until the account is settled.
- All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for them (e.g., final website, final designs, final written content), unless otherwise agreed.
- We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
- Any tools, templates, frameworks, or proprietary processes used by us to deliver services remain our property.
- Third-party assets (stock photos, fonts, plugins, licensed software) used in a project remain subject to their original licensing terms.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all client information, business data, and materials shared with us as confidential and will not disclose them to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we work diligently to deliver high-quality results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes (such as search engine rankings, traffic numbers, or sales figures), as these depend on factors outside our control. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing service agreement with written notice, as specified in the individual service contract. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
